September 28, 2007 - Xindian, Taiwan. From the roof of my building. There's a rainbow in this lomo on what looks like a perfectly sunny day. That was a weird weather week preceding Typhoon Krosa hitting Taiwan. My guess is that high level winds from the storm blew moisture far and wide, and it fell like rain in places where there were no rain clouds, also creating clear day rainbows.
