October 6, 2007 - Jingmei Night Market. Not everything was closed down. Garbage was still being collected. Actually there was a lot of cleaning out of stores going on with the abundance of water!
As abandoned as a night market gets. There actually were a few restaurants open. People still have to eat, and the few that open get a monopoly on customers.
